Featured Keynote: 
Moira Maguire
    Moira is an historian working in twentieth century Irish history, specifically state provision for the poor, neglected, and abused children. She has published a number of articles and a book, consulted on two episodes of the BBC version of Who Do You Think You Are and provided extensive written testimony to the Irish governments Commission to Inquire Into Child Abuse. She is currently Dean of Social Science and Integrative Learning at HCC.
