Robyn Glaser | Be Great Where Your Feet Are
Robyn is the Senior Vice President, Business Affairs for the Kraft Group, the holding company for the Kraft family's businesses. Glaser joined the Kraft Group in 2007 as Senior Advisor, and reports directly to Chairman and CEO Robert Kraft and President Jonathan Kraft. In 2012, she was elevated to VP. Glaser handles various business projects and strategic initiatives for the organization, and is one of the Kraft's senior business advisors, executing special projects and philanthropic initiatives. She oversaw business operations for Kraft Sports Productions, the organization's video production house. Glaser manages several operational and administrative functions for the New England Patriots, including league relations and legal, serving as a liaison for HR and finance, negotiating sport performance and technology deals, and supporting the player social justice fund initiative. Glaser is a civic leader in Boston, working with many community-based organizations.

Colleen DelVecchio
With over 20 years experience in higher education leadership, constituent engagement, women's leadership, organizational change, strategic management, career counseling, nonprofit board development and staff development, Colleen has always used a strengths-based leadership model to guide her worked. Her passion for constituent engagement and designing individualized networking, mentoring and training programs has led her to work with elite higher education institutions, Fortune 500 companies of all sizes and local chambers of commerce. Colleen has been the recipient of two Turkeyland Cove Foundation Fellowships and currently sits on the board of directors. No matter what your position, we are all leaders. Pia Sareen Kumar Pia is the Co-Owner and Chief Strategy Officer of Universal Plastics Group, which represents a family of four plastics manufacturing businesses located in the Northeastern and the Midwestern United States. She started her career as an investment banker at JPMorgan Chase and was global director of strategic partnerships at American Express and holds an MBA from university of Chicago's Booth School of Business and a Bachelor's degree from Northwestern University. pia is a proud resident of Western Massachusetts and feels grateful every day for being part of this great community, for her extraordinary employees, for her three children
and one very tolerant dog.
Lynnette Watkins, MD, MBA is the president and chief executive officer of Cooley Dickinson Health Care, a member of Mass General Brigham. She is an ophthalmologist and widely respected health care administrator and leader. Dr. Watkins began her clinical career in ophthalmology and oculoplastic surgery. She served on the faculty of Harvard Medical School. She served as a group chief medical officer in Tenat's Abrazo Community Health Network in Arizona. Her career as a health care executive began in Mishawaka, Indiana, where she was vice president and chief medical officer for the Saint Joseph Health System/Trinity Health.
Waleska Lugo-De Jesus Is the CEO of Inclusive Strategies- nationally certified Diversity, Equity, Inclusion + Belonging facilitator dedicated to creating meaningful social change, with a human centered, racial healing approach, addressing systemic racism for equitable environments and communities. She is widely recognized for her advocacy for anti-racism work in identifying educational strategies to create equity. She has over twenty years of experience working in the private, nonprofit sector, higher educational and healthcare systems and is widely respected and recognized for her innovative ability to broaden coalitions and build communities of inclusion. She focuses on enhancing the development of personal and institutional goals for addressing systemic racism.
