Do you worry that you are not communicating in a concise and clear way? Public speaking skills gives professionals a competitive advantage. the ability to organize a straightforward and persuasive presentation and to deliver it with confidence sets people apart and establishes their credibility.  \n\nIn this session you will learn:\n\n    How to overcome fears about public speaking\n\n    The best ways to prepare for public speaking\n\n    Strategies for establishing an authentic presence while speaking \n\n\n\nSession Three: Connecting - Establishing your Power Network Is it what you know or who you know that really launches women to the top? Relationships and connections are the lifeblood of business -  the more people who know and trust you\, the more access you have to information\, strategic partners and opportunities. We know that women approach networking differently than men\, yet many women still struggle with the general idea of it.\n\nIn this session you will learn: \n\n    To make networking a daily habit\n\n    Strategies for talking about your values and strengths\n\n    How to refine networking so it works in your favor. \n\n\n\nSession four: Negotiation - Having Greater Influence Do you struggle with finding the balance negotiating for what you want and the worry of hurting the personal relationship? Many women fail to recognize opportunities to negotiate - about their roles\, the support they need\, resources to get the job done\, and buy-in from their peers and those they lead.\n\nIn this session you will learn:\n\n    To recognize opportunities to negotiate\n\n    Separate the relationships from the issues in the negotiations\n\n    Confidently tap into your natural power and persuasion ability\n\n\n\nSession Five: Executive Presence - Inspiring Confidence Have you ever been told you're too stiff\, timid\, aggressive\, nervous\, bossy emotional\, have a boring voice\, or lack confidence? when you walk into a room\, you know who has executive presence and who doesn't. Executive presence is the key to feeling and being seen as powerful and confident.\n\nIn this session you will learn to:\n\n    Assess how others experience you\n\n    Develop your voice as a leader\n\n    Act with purpose\n\n    Increase your confidence and executive presence
