DiSC in the Work Place

This 3 part series is structured around the DiSC model providing a common language that helps participants understand themselves and to adapt their behaviors with others - within a work team, a sales relationship, a leadership position or other relationships. 


Session 1: Introduction to DiSC -  Discovering Your Style
    Identify your style
   explore your priorities
   Discover similarities and differences among the styles


Session 2: Understanding other styles 
    Your reaction to other styles
    What works for you and what challenges you with each style
    Use DiSC to understand others

Session 3: Build more effective relationships
    Learn how others have bridged differences using DiSC
    Practice using DiSC to build more effective relationships at work
    Write an action plan for building more effective relationships

Please note: Each participant is required to take the DiSC Assessment prior to arrive for session 1, a link will be provided 
                              The cost is: $65.00 in addition to program fee
